How is performance marketing different from just running ads?
Running ads is one tactic. Performance marketing is the whole system: choosing the right channels, tracking properly, optimising landing pages and offers, and tying everything back to revenue. Ads alone rarely work without the rest of the funnel behind them.
Does this work for ecommerce as well as B2B?
Yes. The principle is the same, profitable growth, but the metrics differ. For ecommerce I focus on ROAS, customer acquisition cost, and repeat purchase value; for B2B it's pipeline and cost per qualified lead. I tailor the approach to your model.
Do you work on a retainer or per project?
